We have online classes in both Ashtanga and Hatha yoga. These classes have been created to facilitate interactive teaching for those who are unable to attend in person and are taken by our teacher Hui Zhang.
Our online Hatha classes are similar to those taught in the Yoga Academy and begin with Pranayama, a warmup sequence, then standing and forward bends, or backbends and twists, or abdominals and balancing. We will finish with cool down and relaxation. Suitable for beginner and more advanced students. These classes utilise simple props that you can find around the home and poses can be modified for any props you cannot find at home.
Our online Ashtanga classes follow the same 1 hour or 1.5 hour sequences that we teach in the school and are suitable for beginner and more advanced students.
Class size is limited so that Hui can observe and support your practice.
We use the Zoom App which you will need to download after you have booked your class. Prior to your class commencing you will receive a join Zoom meeting email providing all instructions necessary to partake. Please book the class via our website or from the MindBody app (links below) at least 15 minutes prior to start time. This will give you time to make sure that your technology is going to work.
