1 can Ceres cannelloni beans
2-3 cloves organic garlic chopped finely
2x can Ceres Organic Tomatoes
2 Tbsp. maple syrup or rice syrup or honey
Small jar organic tomato paste
2 tsps. freshly ground cumin seeds (dry roast in pan till brown then grind in coffee grinder)
Peel and chop garlic finely and put it in a saucepan with tins of chopped tomatoes, and sweetener. Allow it to boil and then cook it over low heat for 30 minutes.
Add tomato puree and beans and cumin powder and cook a further 15 minutes.
Add salt and freshly ground black pepper if you need to.
